Create Your Account & Subscribe
Enter your name, email, password, and payment information. Membership bills monthly and renews automatically until you cancel.
Check Your Email
You’ll receive your membership confirmation, receipt, and login information. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.
Log in to the member site
Access the Member Dashboard using the credentials you created during signup.
Get Immediate Access
Once your membership is active, you can immediately access your included resources. The Investigator’s Desk Investigative Forms are available for direct download from the Member Dashboard.
Request Case Materials & Reports
Members can request Investigative Case Playbooks, Reference Documents, and On-Demand Reports directly from the Member Dashboard. Requested materials are delivered within 24–36 hours.
Manage Your Membership
Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership from your account settings. Billing and cancellation terms are provided on the Membership page.

OPERATIONAL SECURITY
All deliverables are held in a secure offline repository and dispatched directly to active subscribers upon verified request. Subscribers may request up to three (3) playbooks in any seven-day rolling window; each request is dispatched within 24 to 36 hours. Subscriptions cancel anytime with no penalty; access continues through the paid month. This structure protects the integrity of the proprietary playbooks and the doctrine beneath them. Uncapped access would let nefarious actors download the catalog, reverse-engineer the investigative approach, and build countermeasures against the investigators working real cases. The elapsed time is worth the protection for every subscriber in the base.
